I live in Atlanta, Georgia with my husband Nathan and our two kids, Rhett & Zoe. I'm always up for an adventure and love sitting down with friends over a good cup of coffee. I’m a big dreamer and nutrition and fitness enthusiast. My husband is the Director of Development for a nonprofit and we spent the first two years of our marriage overseas serving in South Africa. We moved back to the states in 2014, lived in Tennessee for 5 years, then moved to Arkansas, and now we call Georgia home!
I'm a Mindset Coach For Women and Certified FASTer Way Coach. I work with women who are transforming their life through a positive mindset. I partner with them to help push out the negative noise in their minds so they are able to pursue their life with passion and purpose.
I was being held captive by my own thoughts. I was believing the lies instead of walking freely in the truth. I knew I had to make a shift. Over the past few years, I have seen such freedom when it comes to my mindset.
After we brought our daughter home, I went through the FASTer Way program. Once I completed the steps, I began coaching women toward their health and fitness goals. The transformation that was taking place in their minds was unfolding in their lives and I was privileged to witness it. This topic of mindset kept coming back over and over again. I decided that I wanted proper training in this area, so I went through a life coaching program. Now I am able to come alongside women and coach them specifically on their mindset. My desire is to empower women as they transform their life through this daily practice. I believe that when we learn to push out the negative noise in our minds, we are able to live a life full of passion and purpose.
I'm so thankful that you are here. I know this place can be one that is vulnerable and difficult to share with others. This is something I constantly work on...reminding myself that my worth is in Jesus.
As I’ve gotten older I have realized how much my mindset has played a role in how I view myself and others. I would say things like, “I’m not smart” or “I could never do that.” It didn’t happen overnight but as time went on, I began to believe those things about myself. This made me feel like I was not good enough and I was scared to try anything new.
