Through 1:1 coaching I help women live their life with confidence and purpose by overcoming negative self talk! This coaching is for people who are ready to make a change in their mindset toward their life. There is abundance waiting for you. Are you ready to step into it?

• 6 (1 hour one-on-one session)
• My 6 week framework focuses on self-discovery, your mission and vision for your life, mindset blocks, self-limiting beliefs, how to show up in your life with confidence, and goal setting for moving forward.
• Resources provided (book recommendations, podcast episodes, developmental tools)
• FREE follow-up accountability call (must be used within 6 months of last session)
Includes one 30 minute complementary session for the coach and client to get to know each other. This will help the client understand what the coaching process will look like. This session is required for each coaching package.
