Your body needs recovery. When you put extra stress on your body to do everything perfectly your body releases cortisol which has a role in belly fat. Give your body the rest it needs if you want to have results after 30.
My biggest tip? Find simple ways to fit health into your busy schedule. Remember, you don’t have to change your whole life to have results after 30. Find pockets of your day where you can fit healthy habits in naturally. It’s not about working harder – it’s about working smarter!
