Being a business owner with 4 kids, you know you have to master the art of change. And that’s exactly what Erika Millard has done.
She is a bookkeeping coach for female entrepreneurs. Erika empowers female business owners to DIY their bookkeeping and actually understand their finances. With her 4th child arriving soon, she’s mastered the art of change so she can support her family and her business.
The change in her business happened after a crazy & eventful couple of years. She started off by taking full service bookkeeping clients but with the things happening in her life, she knew she needed to make a shift.
That’s where coaching business owners came in. This took BOLD changes that she never could have imagined. Especially because when she went into coaching, it wasn’t something that she saw others doing, talk about intimidating!
In the beginning, she felt like she was starting from scratch. It took some trial and error on packages and services and what worked for this new change in her business and for her ideal clients.
In mastering change, you have to be flexible!
Through her transitions and changes in business, Erika has learned many things. It’s easy to feel stuck. In life, if you want more friends or if you don’t like a situation you are in, you can change. It’s tempting to blame having kids too but finding a creative solution is always better (because the kids aren’t really a problem!).
The results she has seen in her business have been super empowering. She feels so much more joy and even on the hard day, she feels at peace with what she’s doing and what she’s been called to do.
If you are passionate about something, just go for it! Whatever that bold step is, take it!
