I can’t believe it – 50 episodes of Boldly Living Your Everyday! That sounds crazy and equally exciting coming out of my mouth. I thought it would be so fun to have a look back at the favorite episodes we’ve had this far.
Let’s dive into the top 3!
The first one, Meal Planning 101
One of the questions I get all the time is about meal planning, meal prepping, how I do it, what I prep, how I have time to do it, and the list goes on! So naturally I knew I needed to do an episode on this.
So many people cringe when they think about meal planning. My hope is that my strategy and tips will help you go from overwhelmed to simplified when it comes to putting meals on the table for your family.
A couple of main points I talk about in this episode…
- What I use to meal plan
- What are other things to consider when you sit down to plan meals
- My favorite meal planning tips
I didn’t always have a strategy and used to fly by the seat of my pants when it came to meals. I began to make this a priority and it has made my life so much easier.
Number two, Silencing The Doubt: Walking in Confidence
When I recorded this episode, I remember feeling like it would resonate with so many people. We all have doubts. We have doubts every single day probably. But how do we handle that doubt? How do we walk through it and become more confident in the process?
This episode comes from a lot of experience with doubt. I finally acknowledged that the doubt was there and decided that it wasn’t going to be crippling anymore but I could work through it. In the episode, I share 4 questions that are good to ask yourself when you are trying to acknowledge the self-doubt in your life.
Once you are aware that the doubt is there, you can begin to silence that doubt. I shared how it’s okay to have doubts but what we can do moving forward with our doubts. To wrap up the episode, I talk about the confidence piece of all of this. I think more than anything I wanted this episode to be a reminder that we all have doubts.
The third episode is Mindful Morning Routines: Starting Your Day With Intention
You already know by the title that I LOVE this episode. I’m all about a morning routine, especially a morning routine that fits your current season of life.
The overall theme of this episode is that there isn’t a right or wrong way to do a morning routine. It will look different for all of us. The thing that encouraged me to do this episode was I feel like I kept seeing morning routines on social media where people are getting up at 4:30 or 5:00 and doing their whole morning routine before 7AM.
For me, that is not realistic and I’m not a fan of getting up that early in the morning. In conversations with other women, there was this pressure that they were putting on themselves to have this sort of morning routine when in reality that wasn’t what they actually wanted theirs to look like.
So I decided to do an episode on this and remind you that the best morning routine for you is the morning routine that makes sense for you in the season of life you are in. It can look different ways depending on the seasons you are in.
I have loved the feedback from this episode. A lot of you have said it has given you permission to find a routine that works for you, not someone else!
Alright – that wraps up the 3 of your favorite episodes so far on Boldly Living Your Everyday!
