I’m sure you’ve heard, age is just a number. And it’s true.
Whether you are 28 or 48 – your age doesn’t determine your results. We know that what you did in your 20’s doesn’t work the same as in your 40’s but that doesn’t mean you can’t be successful.
As we age, it is so easy to feel sad and wonder if we’ll ever feel good, love ourselves, and be confident in our aging bodies. Being confident in your own skin is something everyone desires and should feel.

That’s not going to work, friend. You need a plan. I know you’ve heard it before. Goals without a plan are just wishes. Your plan doesn’t have to be complicated. It doesn’t have to cost you thousands of dollars and all your free time. I know it sounds crazy because you’ve probably fallen into the mindset that you don’t have time, you don’t have the energy, and it’s too hard.
Fitness isn’t one size fits all. You want it to work for you as you are working so hard for it!
Here’s how you’re going to beat the “age” game:
- Focus on strength training exercises – this helps boost your metabolism and create lean muscle.
- Remember, you’ll want a plan for this!
- Get enough sleep and take time to fully relax
- Intermittent fast with whole food nutrition
PRO TIP: Change your mindset from “I can’t” to “I will”. Along with the physical aspects of your health, your health is also impacted by your mindset. There is a good chance that your mindset is holding you back, not your age. Give yourself the chance of “I will”.
